Available From The Library

The library will only be open during the fellowship portion of the meetings (8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m). The library will be closed during the balance of the meeting and during any demonstrations, to allow our librarian to enjoy the rest of the meeting. The librarian must check out your materials before you remove the item from the library.

All members are permitted to "borrow" materials from the library at no cost for the first 30 days. All items are due to be returned in one month. Members are permitted to borrow no more than two (2) items at a time from the library. Members are limited to only one (1) DVD per month due to the limited amount available.

Library items must be returned within 30 days, or a $2.00 late fee will be assessed to the member for each item, for each month that the item is overdue. The late fee can be avoided by mailing the item(s) back to the librarian, or to the club President. Items may not be borrowed or transferred to by other members.

It’s the member's responsibility to insure that returned items get checked in with the librarian – Chuck Johnson. Books, magazines and VHS movies which are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced, must be replaced with new titles by the last member on record as borrowing that item.

All returned items must be checked in with the club librarian. Members are encouraged to donate materials or money to the library. Suggestions for additions to the library should be addressed to Chuck Johnson, Librarian or to Steve Russell, President.
